How it works

  1. Step 1

    Upload the scanned COC PDF

    Pick a single scanned Chain of Custody PDF. Pages are merged by Lab Job No.

  2. Step 2

    Review & correct flagged fields

    The PDF shows on the left, the structured data on the right. Fields flagged for review must be checked and corrected before export.

  3. Step 3

    Export the LIMS flat file

    Once every flag is cleared, export a flat file (one row per sample) ready for LIMS upload.
